Knit Sewing Class I Next class starts Saturday January 10, 2025.
Level: completed Beginning Sewing class (or have previous experience)
Sewing machine required along with its manual, scissors, seam gauge, seam ripper, pins. Please purchase a pack of sewing machine needles that has both Stretch & Jersey Ball Point needles. (I do have some available along with the other supplies).
Duration: 3 hours, Saturday 2-5pm
You will receive a notebook to organize your samples and handouts.
Outline:
- Types of knit fabric
- How to create a seam with different stitches available on your machine on 6 different type of knits (materials included)
- Hems
- Pick out T-shirt for Class 2
