Self care is not selfish!

My New Year's resolution of self care is still holding strong, surprisingly.  I think the reason for that is I need to take care of myself so that I can cope with the third year of covid and the other uncertainties in the world.  Seeing the strain on the people around me made me want to bring a little help to my gals. So besides my in-shop Tea Nook with the variety of loose leaf teas, I just brought in a selection of self-care products for women and men.  The guys need some tender loving care too.  

Starting out, I have products such as shower bombs, soy candles, at-home spa kits, men's grooming products, skin balms, and journals to help us in our self care path. I hope that one of these items may bring a moment of joy to you or your loved ones. The added bonus is that these items are produced by women owned businesses right here in the USA.
